Taurionix Technologies provides custom software engineering, mobile application development, web platform creation, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed by Taurionix Technologies specifically for a client will be fully transferred to and owned by the client upon receipt of full and final payment for the services rendered.
We respect the sensitive nature of your business. We agree not to disclose, copy, or use any of the client's confidential information for any purpose other than the execution of the agreed-upon project. We enforce strict internal security measures to ensure compliance.
In no event shall Taurionix Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
